Lesson of the day: everything looks good if you stick it in a lantern.. Then I bought myself these mums and wrapped them in burlap.
But these were vintage tractors.Hundreds of them.
Thought the middle of nowhere..So out we all ran to the front lawn.Out the front door we never use, even.. And it was the highlight of the day.
For all of us.. Only in the country.Oh, this garden.I just can’t keep up with it lately.
Kennedy and I took these photos last week and it looks nothing like this now.. It’s suddenly much, much fuller..
This is the time of year when the corn grows taller by the hour,.Once I got home, I was looking around online at a few inspiration pictures and I realized that some little nests would be so cute in a few different places.
You can usually find little twig nests at craft stores, and although some of them can be a bit expensive, you can find cheaper ones too.I thought a set of eight or so would be a good investment and something I’d probably reuse in one way or another every Easter.
BUT, I really didn’t want to waste any time running all the way back into town just for some nests.I actually don’t really shop all that often, so when I do, it’s kind of a big deal and not something I make time for everyday.
